Yes, we are designed to interface with a shopping cart. Our system helps you track the different products, quantity and cost before proceeding with the purchase.
Currently, all prices appear in Australian dollars (AUD $) on our order screen, although for credit card orders, the credit card companies will bill in the customer’s local currency on their credit card statement. The credit card company determines the exact exchange rate shortly after the sale is made.
Ezy TCP will post to anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of AUD4.00. However if the orders are more than AUD50, postage will be free.
For our overseas customers postage and packaging will be charged at AUD15.00 for parcels up to 500gm. For orders that are over 500 grams in parcel weight, any extra cost (in excess of AUD15.00) will be covered by us.
All orders are shipped using regular Australia Post, and carry a return address in case of a misrouted delivery.
Registered postage rates are available by request.
We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or damaged during transit, which have not been registered or insured. We are not responsible for delays in transit once the order has been sent.
All orders available from stock will be shipped within 24 hours, once payment has been received / cleared.
Return / Cancellation
If you “changed your mind” about ordering after our products are supplied as ordered. The products may be returned but there will also be a 10% re-stocking charge before refunds are made. The refunds will be credited back to you.
Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
The products must be returned at your cost and sealed as new, in their original packaging. You must request the right to return any goods by email and include a copy of the email from Ezy TCP in the package accepting the return.
If you order something and it is supplied incorrectly or a product is faulty, we will rectify the situation as soon as possible and send you the correct item.
Please make a request via our contact us form to receive authorisation and details of the procedure. All packaging etc must be returned to us. In the case of the incorrect item being sent, we would appreciate if you do not open up the item or tamper with it. All claims must be made within three (3) days from the delivery date.
Our official return policy for all Ezy TCP products is as follows:
Ezy TCP will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 8 weeks from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 8 week return period. After 8 weeks all sales are final.
Customers requesting a return within 8 weeks of purchase may be approved by our customer service team if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return.
Customers requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases.
Ezy TCP has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and technical support. At times, we may reverse a sale in order to comply with: credit card industry rules, PayPal terms of service, Australian law, and requests from verified Australian judiciary or law enforcement agents.
